Today we have a delicious savory Swiss roll as our #recipe of the week.
As a small starter or as a main course with a salad.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken breast
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 250 g vegetables of your choice (peppers, onions etc.
- 120g rice
- 1 tbsp curd
- 1 tbsp starch
- 1 tsp granulated broth
- 500g hot water
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the chicken breast into strips, mix the soy sauce with the honey in a bowl.
Let the meat marinate in this marinade for at least 2 hours.
Pour the water into the mixing bowl and add salt.
Fill the rice into the cooking basket, close the lid, fill the cooking bowl with chopped vegetables.
Insert the shelf, spread the meat on it, place the cooking attachment on top and close the lid.
Now cook for 30 minutes/Varoma/level 1. Remove Varoma, remove the rice and keep warm.
Briefly bring the remaining water (there should be approx. 200 ml left) with the remaining ingredients to the boil again at 90°C/level 5.
If necessary, season with soy sauce and honey.
