Pineapple chili “jam”

“Jam” with a difference! Made very quickly again with the #Thermomix ®.
Slightly spicy, sweet and perfect with cheese, steamed fish or grilled meat.
Try them on a slice of freshly baked bread with soft cheese! Class!

  • 500 g fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 red chili pepper without seeds and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 p. vanilla sugar
  • 250 g preserving sugar 2:1


Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and chop 4 sec/speed 4.
Then bring to the boil for 10 minutes/100°C/speed 2.
Then puree for 6 seconds/speed setting 8 and immediately pour into twist-off jars and turn upside down.

Note: tastes delicious with cheese, steamed fish or grilled meat.
