In our search for the ideal helper for cleanly emptying the mixing bowl, we asked numerous kitchen machine users with a lot of cooking experience what features they would like to see in a perfect spatula. The answers were quite consistent: it should fit well in the hand, have a large silicone surface so that soups or smoothies can be easily scraped out of the mixing bowl. At the same time, it should be flexible enough to reach food residues under the blade, but robust enough to push even tough doughs out of the mixing bowl and not tear at the slightest contact with the blender blade. Of course, it must not contain any substances that are hazardous to health, must be heat-resistant and dishwasher-safe and, best of all, look stylish.
With these specifications in mind, we have developed our WunderSpatel®, a practical food processor accessory that combines all the required properties. It is of high quality, easy to use and provides optimum support when cooking and baking with your food processor. The WunderSpatel® is available exclusively from Wundermix in the two trendy colors green and purple.
