Scope of delivery
Fondue lid incl. 8 fondue forks

Application & care:
First prepare the fondue with the standard lid of the TM7. As soon as the desired consistency is reached, remove the Meltimizer set up.

Activate "Open cooking" mode to keep the fondue warm.

Ideal heat retention temperatures:
Cheese fondue: 50-60 °C
Chocolate fondue: 40-45 °C
Broth fondue: 100 °C

Fondue with fat or oil: Not recommended
Stir occasionally, especially with cheese or chocolate.

Recommended maximum filling quantity: 1.5 liters
Serve straight from the mixing bowl and enjoy.

Safety instructions

The Meltimizer may only be used in "Open cooking" mode. It does not work as soon as a stirring level is set.

Please always hold the attachment by the handle after cooking.

For cheese or chocolate fondue, do not set the temperature above 60 °C to prevent the mixture from separating.
