With the WunderSpatzl, you can prepare fresh, homemade spaetzle with the Thermomix or Monsieur Cuisine. Simply attach the practical attachment to the mixing bowl (TM7) or the mixing bowl lid (all other models). You place the dough on top of the grater, use the dough card to spread it through the grid and the spaetzle drops straight into the hot water to cook. The result is perfect spaetzle for cheese spaetzle or dumplings as a side dish. Homemade, with little effort and full of flavor.
