Is my order free of shipping costs?
For deliveries within Germany, we do not charge shipping costs for orders over €59. For orders with a value of less than €59, the flat-rate shipping charge within Germany is €4.90. We charge €2.90 for sending magazines by post.
Can I return an item that I don't like?
If an item you have ordered does not meet your expectations, you can arrange for it to be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please bear in mind that every return has a negative impact on the environment and also costs us money. You can either stamp the return yourself or use a shipping label provided by us. We will charge a flat rate of €4.90 for this with the refund.
How long does shipping take?
As a rule, we hand over orders to the shipping service provider on the next working day. Depending on the volume of orders, however, it can sometimes take longer, which is why we always specify a delivery time of 2-5 working days for products available for immediate delivery. Unfortunately, we have no influence on possible delivery delays caused by the shipping service provider.
Can I order from you on account?
You can pay for your order by PayPal, credit card, direct debit (via Paypal), Google Pay, Apple Pay or prepayment. We therefore offer various payment methods to choose from, which guarantee secure processing for both you as a customer and for us.
Can I get advice over the phone?
You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Our expert staff will be happy to answer all your questions about our products. On request, we can also take your order directly over the phone.
Which shipping service provider will deliver my parcel?
We ship either with DHL, DPD or the German postal service.
Parcels with a shipping address in Germany, France or Switzerland as well as countries outside the EU and island deliveries are usually sent with DHL.
Shipments to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Great Britain, Sweden and the Netherlands are usually delivered by DPD.
Express shipments within Germany are usually sent with DHL Express.
Where and how many vouchers can I redeem?
At the end of the order process you will find a field for entering your voucher code. Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per order and that already discounted products and printed products are excluded from vouchers.
I have used my Thermomix received a €100 Vorwerk voucher. Can I redeem this with you?
As we operate independently of Vorwerk, we cannot accept Vorwerk shopping vouchers.
Can I add to the order I have already placed?
It is not possible to add to an order that has already been placed.
Questions about our products
Will using your products invalidate the warranty on my food processor?
As we are a company independent of Vorwerk, we cannot provide any legal information on the warranty conditions of other companies.
As the manufacturer of our products, we are liable under statutory product liability for damage caused to the consumer by the use of our product if it is used as intended in accordance with the instructions for use.
Our products are developed by experienced engineers and extensively tested not only by the entire product range, but also by our own staff prior to market launch.Wundermixteam, but also by long-standing representatives, well-known food bloggers and the editors of leading food processor magazines to ensure maximum safety for the user and for the food processor.
Where do you manufacture your products?
We have the majority of our products manufactured in Germany - more precisely by local craftsmen, which is very important to us. In this way, we ensure short transportation routes, consistently high quality and support the local economy.
We can also quickly replenish supplies if we are sold out again after a product launch.
What are your "bestsellers" & "must-haves"?
Our most popular products are definitely the WunderSlicer vegetable cutter, the WunderZoodler spiral cutter extension and the WunderJuicer citrus juicer. But also the Miximizer mixing bowl reduction and the WunderCap and the blade replacement have also established themselves over the years as basic accessories that no household with a Thermomix or Monsieur Cuisine should not be without. Our silicone spatulas "WunderSpatel" and "FlexiSpatel" as well as our cleaning brushes are always useful for food processor owners and are therefore often ordered as well.

Is there a store where I can see your products on site?
We are happy to show and explain all our products to you in our showroom in Garching near Munich. If you like an item, you can pay for it directly on site and take it with you.
Do you have social media?
On our Instagram channel of the same name, we show our products in action every day, provide exclusive insights behind the scenes of an online store and publish sophisticated recipes with our accessories. Of course, we are also represented on YouTube and Facebook.
