Tips for the best results with your pasta attachment for WunderCentix

• Perfect dough consistencyMake sure that the pasta dough is neither too dry nor too sticky. Ideally, it should be elastic and slightly firm. If necessary, add a little water or flour to achieve the perfect consistency.
  
• Roll out the dough evenlyRoll out the dough slightly before inserting it into the roller so that it runs evenly through the machine. Start with the thickest setting and gradually work your way to thinner levels.
  
• The correct drying processLeave the freshly cut pasta to dry on a clean cloth or pasta stand to prevent it from sticking. This will keep it fluffy and airy when cooking. Fresh pasta can be stored in an airtight, dry, cool and dark place and should be used within 3 days.
  
• Remove dough residue with a brushUse the cleaning brush provided to carefully remove any remaining dough. Do not use water to preserve the life of the rollers.
  
• Optimum cooking time
  Spaghetti: 1-2 minutes
  Fettuccine: 2 minutes
  Ravioli: 5-7 minutes
