Of course, you can easily share your favorite cake or muffin recipe for the Gugelix easily. Simply approx. 700-800 g batterfill greased ramekins up to a maximum of two thirds full with batter and bake with 500 g water in the mixing bowl at 35 minutes / Varoma / level 1. 

Make sure that you do not stir the batter for too longotherwise it may take on a rubbery consistency.
