In the past, creativity was required when the cooked ingredients had to be kept warm in the Varoma container while the sauce was still simmering in the Thermomix. Dish towels only keep things warm for a short time and in a heated oven, cooked ingredients such as fish can dry out. Thanks to the MiPla® warming hood, keeping food warm is no longer a problem.

The hood is made from premium materials processed using the sandwich method - handmade in Germany. This means that the warming hood stores the heat inside while preventing the cold from penetrating from the outside. And the best thing about the warming hood is that the entire Varoma fits underneath. Incidentally, not only the Varoma, but also the roasting pan or casserole can fit under the hood. This means that the ingredients are not further cooked by the heat from the stove or oven.

After use, the hood is simply folded up for space-saving storage. If necessary, it can be washed with lukewarm water beforehand, as the inner fabric is water-repellent and washable.

The MiPla® Keep warm hood M fits over the Varoma container of the Thermomix models TM6, TM5 and TM31. If you need a separate hood for the cooking basket, please order the S heat-retaining hood in addition to the M heat-retaining hood.
