The secret to wonderfully soft muffins? Steam! This is because it ensures that the batter loses less liquid during cooking or baking - resulting in particularly moist little cakes on the coffee table. The eight silicone moulds are designed to fit perfectly into standard steam cooking attachments and many Airfryer models.
Thanks to the high-quality, food-safe silicone, the cakes are particularly easy to remove from the tins. The material is also microwave and oven-safe up to 240 °C. Preparing small cakes, desserts or savory bites is child's play with the silicone ramekins - whether steamed or baked.
