In the past, creativity was required when the cooked ingredients had to be kept warm in the Varoma container and cooking tray while the sauce was still simmering in the Thermomix. Dish towels only keep the food warm for a short time and the cooked ingredients, such as fish, can dry out in the heated oven. Thanks to the world first MiPla® warming hood, keeping food warm is no longer a problem.

The hood is made from premium materials processed using the sandwich method - handmade in Germany. This means that the warming hood retains the heat inside while preventing the cold from penetrating from the outside. And the best thing about the large warming hood is that not only the Varoma fits underneath, but also the cooking basket. Incidentally, not only these, but also the roasting pan or casserole can fit under the hood. This means that the ingredients are not further cooked by the heat from the stove or oven. 

After use, the hood is simply folded up for space-saving storage. If necessary, it can be washed with lukewarm water beforehand, as the inner fabric is water-repellent and washable.

The MiPla® Keep warm hood L fits over the Varoma container and cooking tray of the Thermomix models TM6, TM5 and TM31. If you need a separate cover for the cooking basket, please order the S heat-retaining cover in addition to the L heat-retaining cover.

MiPla® Keep-warm hoods are available in two sizes:

• Size S suitable for the cooking basket of the Thermomix ( 190 mm x 185 mm x 125 mm ) 
• Size L suitable for Varoma container + cooking insert (placed on top of each other) ( 410 mm x 290 mm x 210 mm )
