This is how easy it is to make poached eggs in the Thermomix or Monsieur Cuisine
With the WunderPoach for four from Wundermix, 4 eggs can be cooked at the same time in the Thermomix or Monsieur Cuisine poached at the same time. The individual egg containers have a capacity of 110 ml. This means that XL size eggs also fit in. Only ostrich eggs are a little tight.

How do you poach eggs with the Thermomix?
- Grease the egg container with oil or butter.
- Crack the eggs into the containers.
- Pour 550 ml of water into the food processor.
- WunderPoach Place the for four in the food processor basket.
- Place the lid and measuring beaker on the food processor.

Set the time, temperature and speed:
Size M ~ 11-12 min / Varoma / speed 1
Size L ~ 12-13 min. / Varoma / level 1
Size XL ~ 14 min / Varoma / level 1 - After poaching, lift out the cooking baskets with a spatula and WunderPoach carefully remove for four with 2 fingers.
