Tips for the best results with your grain mill for WunderCentix

Suitable for many types of grain and oilseedsWheat, spelt, green spelt, rye, barley, buckwheat, millet, rice, oats, linseed, sesame, poppy seeds and soybeans
Caution: The grinder is not suitable for crushing corn kernels!
Important: Only grind oilseeds on a medium setting!
Even more versatileTry freshly ground herbs, spices and mushrooms!
Only grind when the flour is neededGrains can be stored for longer than ground flour. It also loses much less of its quality, aroma and valuable nutrients during storage.
Adjust the degree of grindingAdjust the degree of grinding according to the recipe - from coarse for coarse meal to fine for fine flour. It is advisable to sieve the flour with a flour sieve for a particularly fine texture.
Avoid wet grainsDo not process soaked or sprouted grains, as this could damage the grinder.
Regular dry cleaningUse a soft brush to remove flour residues. No water is required for cleaning.
