"Family Cakes - Bake yourself happy with Calotti" is your recipe fan with a wide range of modern recipes, as well as traditional South Baden baking and new interpretations such as Black Forest in a glass. Whether Easter lamb, peanut cookies for Halloween or a Linzer cake for Christmas, there is something here for every occasion and every taste.
They have deliberately opted for a fan format which, thanks to its compact design, can be stored in drawers to save space and is therefore always ready to hand. Thanks to its stain-resistant sides, our recipe fan is robust, durable and sustainable.
All recipes, some of which have been passed down through generations, have been adapted for the Thermomix and rewritten in an understandable form. Each recipe has been Calotti-inventors with the Monsieur Cuisine and can also be used with the MC Plus and MC Connect models.
Thanks to the division into different levels of difficulty, even beginners can work their way up from marble cake to Gugelhupf to Rocher Torte. All recipes are supported not only by appealing pictures, but also by short instruction videos that can be accessed via QR codes.
