Dear reader,

Every year from September onwards I gradually collect my collected
Baking books and Christmas magazines. I just like to look for
inspiration everywhere and then write down a (far too long) list of things,
that I want to bake, cook and give away.

This Christmas special also contains a whole series of
Recipes that made it onto the list. Pretty high up
The all-in-dough cakes are available. They are easy to make during the Advent weekends
to prepare and then usually last a few days into the week.
For gifts, I will go with the ideas that last longer
like the “Mon Chérie” jam and the Christmas pudding powder
as well as the chocolate and nougat bars.
