Until now, delivery to our customers in Switzerland was only possible via a detour: the intermediary service provider MeinEinkauf.ch accepted the shipment in Germany and took care of customs clearance and forwarding to a delivery address in Switzerland. This led to unnecessarily long delivery times.
From now on, our Swiss customers can order directly with a delivery address in Switzerland and will usually receive the goods within 3 working days via DHL. The shipping costs are a flat rate of EUR 14.90 regardless of the order value, size or weight of the package.
