Thermomix recipe: Italian omelet from Varoma

Thermomix-Rezept: Italienisches Omelette aus dem Varoma - Wundermix GmbH

Today we have a delicious omelet from Varoma for you. The practical thing about an omelet is that it is wonderfully variable. Ultimately you can put in whatever you want . Apart from the eggs, of course . They're kind of mandatory with an omelette, aren't they? ;)

This time we decided on an Italian version with artichokes, olives, mozzarella and salami. Almost looks like pizza, right? Preparation is easy and cooking in Varoma means you don't need any oil .


• 75 g cream cheese
• 4 eggs, size M
30 ml milk
Salt and pepper
• 100g mozzarella
• 4-5 slices of salami
4 to 6 jarred artichokes
Olives , quantity to taste, halved
a few sprigs of thyme


1. First add the cream cheese to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds on level 8. Then add the eggs, milk and spices and mix everything for 15 seconds at level 10.


2. Now line the flat Varoma insert with ThermiGar cooking paper and carefully pour in the egg mixture. Spread the olives, mozzarella, salami, artichokes and thyme leaves over the egg mixture. Then rinse the mixing bowl briefly, fill it with 500ml water and place the Varoma on top. Then cook the omelet on Varoma level 1 for 20 minutes.


The delicious Italian omelet is ready. :)
