Ingredients for 4 portions
- 400 g flour
- 4 egg
- 30 g olive oil
- 4 pinches of salt
Please note: the Thermomix only kneads dough quantities up to approx. 850 g optimally.
And this is how it works
- Place the flour, egg, olive oil and salt in the mixing bowl
- Start the food processor: 2 minutes / mix in dough mode
- Then transfer the dough to the work surface and shape into a ball with your hands.
- Wrap in cling film for 30 minutes in the fridge.
