WUNDERMIX ACCESSORIES USED
Grease baking tins properly
Do you know the problem when your cake sticks to the pan and breaks? Especially with unusual and detailed pans, evenly greasing with oil and a brush quickly becomes a test of patience. With our baking release spray, this problem is a thing of the past. A short spray is enough to spread an even layer of grease so that cakes, muffins, waffles and more can be easily removed from the pan. The spray is versatile and guarantees optimal greasing of all baking pans. |
Bake cakes in the Varoma?
Yes, that is a clear recommendation! The gentle preparation using steam ensures that your creations are exceptionally juicy.
Set your Thermomix to the Varoma setting and place your baking tins in the Varoma container. The Wundermix baking tins such as the Gugelix or the WunderCups are particularly suitable. However, you can also use any other baking tin that fits into the Thermomix cooking attachment.
If your baking pan does not have a cover, we recommend covering it with cling film. This will prevent too much moisture from penetrating the dough.
