- 250 g risotto rice
- 70g Parmesan
- 2 apples, tart
- 5 spring onions
- 850 g vegetable broth, hot
- Juice of one lemon
- 20 ml olive oil

- Add the apple and spring onion mixture at the end of the cooking time.
