Ingredients for one cup of Shave Ice
- 150-300 ml coconut-pineapple juice (buy ready-made or mix yourself from coconut water and pineapple juice)
- Fresh pineapple chunks
- Grated coconut
And this is how it works:
- Pour the coconut-pineapple juice into the freezer molds of your Shave Ice attachment and freeze for 24 hours.
- The next day, remove the frozen juice from the molds and pour into the Shave Ice attachment of the WunderCentix ice maker fill.
- WunderCentix and Shave Ice attachment according to the instructions.
- On level 3 in anticlockwise rotation and place the ice cream cup under the attachment.
- You will need 1-2 150 ml freezer dishes for a full cup of Shave Ice.
- Serve with fresh pineapple chunks and grated coconut. Done!
