Zucchini and kohlrabi stew

Today we have a great stew with zucchini and kohlrabi.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50g onion
  • 10 g clarified butter
  • 250g potatoes
  • 800 ml chicken stock
  • 250 g kohlrabi
  • 500g zucchini
  • 100 g salmon ham
  • ½ bunch of dill finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

Chop the onions for 3 seconds/speed 6-7.
Add clarified butter and cook 3 mins/100°C/speed 2.
Add potatoes (in pieces) and chop for 10 seconds/speed 4, then add chicken stock and continue cooking for 15 minutes/100°C/speed 1.
Add kohlrabi (in pieces) and zucchini (in slices) and continue cooking for 10 mins/100°C/speed 1.
Fill the salmon ham (in strips) into a soup bowl, pour the hot soup over it and sprinkle with ½ bunch of finely chopped dill on top.

Note: If you prefer creamy soups, you can puree the soup again at level 5 as needed.
