Zucchini and kohlrabi stew

INGREDIENTS:
- 50 g onion
- 10 g clarified butter
- 250 g potatoes
- 800 ml chicken stock
- 250 g kohlrabi
- 500 g zucchini
- 100 g salmon ham
- ½ bunch finely chopped dill
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chop the onions for 3 seconds/speed setting 6-7.
Add the clarified butter and cook for 3 min./100°C/speed setting 2.
Add the potatoes (in chunks) and chop for 10 seconds/speed setting 4, then add the chicken stock and cook for a further 15 min./100°C/speed setting 1.
Add the kohlrabi (chopped) and zucchini (sliced) and cook for a further 10 min./100°C/speed setting 1.
Put the salmon ham (in strips) into a soup bowl, pour the hot soup over it and sprinkle with ½ a bunch of finely chopped dill.
Note: If you prefer creamy soups, you can blend the soup again at the end on speed 5 as required.
