Which is your favorite season? It often seems as if we like summer the most, and that's certainly the case most of the time. But when we think of golden October, with the colorful leaves in all the beautiful, warm colors, then our hearts belong to that too! And every year, Halloween marks the transition to winter, which is rather unpopular for many. (which certainly has its nice sides)

Have you already thought about your spooky Halloween buffet? As you know each other, our #Thermomix® doesn't stand still at Halloween, so today we've brought you a super simple #recipe for scary sausage mummies. Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Waiting time: 30 minutes


200g milk
1/2 cube of yeast
1 tsp salt
300 g wheat flour type 405 or spelled flour type 630
1 pack of Vienna sausages


Put the milk, yeast and salt in the mixing bowl and mix for 3 mins/37 °C/speed 1, then add the flour and knead for 3 mins. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Halve the wieners and roll thin sausages out of the dough, wrapping them around each sausage. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
