INGREDIENTS
- 150g raisins
- ½ measuring cup of rum (approx. 50ml)
- 500 g peeled clementines
- 250 g preserving sugar 2:1
- 1 piece of ginger the size of a fingernail
- ½ measuring cup lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Let the raisins steep with the rum for about 1 hour, or better yet, overnight. Place the clementines and preserving sugar with the ginger in the mixing bowl and chop for approx. 4 seconds/speed setting 7. Now pour in the lemon juice and raisins. Bring everything to the boil for 10 minutes/100°C/speed 1-2. Pour into hot-rinsed twist-off glasses and turn them upside down for approx. 2 minutes.
