INGREDIENTS
- 1 cube of yeast, fresh
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp turnip greens
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 250 whole wheat flour
- 140 g rye meal
- 140 g wheat meal
- 70g sesame seeds
- 70g flax seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven: 150 °CO/U. Place yeast, salt, beetroot and 100 ml buttermilk in the mixing bowl and heat 2 mins/37 °C/speed 2. Add remaining ingredients and knead for 3 minutes/bread setting. Place the dough in the greased magic box and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Then cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 2 hours and 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and after 1/2 hour take the bread out and let it cool on a wire rack.
