Vegetarian vegetable ragout
......beautifully warming .
1 onion diced
1 tsp garlic stick
4 medium potatoes
3 carrots
1/2 kohlrabi
500 g water
2 tsp soup seasoning
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 hot pepper
zucchini cubes
1 tsp marjoram
parsley
Sauté the onion and garlic in the mixing bowl.
Peel and dice the potatoes. Slice the carrots.
Cut half the kohlrabi into cubes. Now put everything into the mixing bowl and season with water, soup seasoning, paprika and pepper.
Cook for 30 min/100°C/stirring setting until al dente.
Dice the peppers and finely chop the peppers.
Cut the zucchinis into cubes and add to taste, then add the marjoram and plenty of parsley to the mixing bowl and cook for a further 5 min/100°C/stirring speed. Season to taste with spices.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream or crème fraiche

Variation:
You can mix in/heat up sausages (in pieces) or enjoy with cooked pieces of meat (fried together with the onions).
