Turkish salad

Preparation 10-15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ bunch parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup Turkish yogurt
- 2 TBSP. lemon juice
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP Oregano
- pepper
- 1 TSP sugar
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 g Cucumber in pieces
- 120 g feta cheese diced
- 60 g black olives
- 1 hot peppers pickled
- 200 g Tomatoes in pieces
APPLICATION:
Chop the onion, parsley and garlic for approx. 6 sec/speed setting 5-6. Add the Turkish yogurt, lemon juice, salt, oregano, pepper and sugar and mix for 10 seconds/speed setting 4.
Add the first cucumber in pieces and chop for 2 seconds/speed setting 5. Place the second chopped cucumber, diced feta cheese, olives, peppers and chopped tomatoes in a bowl and pour over the mixed sauce. Mix everything together and leave to infuse.
