Tomato noodle soup

Today we had a lasagne soup slightly modified from the book "
Our favorite recipes - Manu and Joёlle Herzfeld "
but SUPER DELICIOUS

Cooked in the CrockPot 8in1 and Thermomix.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 20g olive oil
  • 1 tube of seasoned tomato paste
  • 400 g beef stock
  • 400g water
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of vegetable broth
  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 400 g pureed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dried
  • 400 g mixed mince
  • 250-300 g spiral noodles
  • 30g red wine
  • Salt pepper
  • 200 g crème fraische
  • Parmesame to taste

APPLICATION:

Place onion and garlic cloves in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Use the spatula to push everything off the edge and repeat the process again. Meanwhile, add the minced meat to the crockpot and sear at 160°C. Add oil and tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes at 100°C. Add beef stock, water, vegetable stock powder, canned tomatoes, pureed tomatoes, oregano, thyme, rosemary, chili flakes and parsley to the crockpot and cook for 10 minutes at 80-90°C. Put the minced meat, lasagne and red wine in the CrockPot, simmer for 15 minutes at 90°C, (test with the noodles) and season with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with crème fralche and parmesan.
