Be a beautiful cupcake in a world full of muffins. I like this life wisdom. But why so superficial - only focused on the exterior? Let's also be something special inside, a surprise. What is the result? The Strawberry Stuffed Cupcake. Like a surprise egg.
TM5 – for 12 cupcakes
Ingredients for the dough
- 80g butter
- 280g sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract or 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 240 g flour
- 1 eating spoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 0.24 L milk (3.5% fat)
Ingredients for frosting
- 100 g soft butter in pieces
- 100g cream cheese
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1/2 pack vanilla sugar
- 2 strawberries
Ingredients for decorating
- 12 strawberries
Mix It – The Dough
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees top/bottom heat.
- Load muffin tray with paper moulds
- Place all ingredients for the dough in the mixing bowl and stir → 30sec. | Level 4
- Use the spatula to lower the mass and continue stirring until a smooth dough is obtained → 30sec. | Level 5
- Pour the dough into the paper molds - fill each mold to max. 2/3.
- Bake dough for approx. 20 minutes until golden yellow - don't let it get too dark!
- Wash strawberries and remove stalk
- Remove the seeds from the cupcake base and place a strawberry in it.
Mix It – The Frosting
- Pour butter into mixing bowl and whip → 15sec. | Level 4
- Add the cream cheese and icing sugar and stir again → 15sec. | Level 4
- Use a spatula to slide the mixture down, add strawberries and vanilla sugar → 20sec. | step 3
- Put frosting in the fridge for 15 min.
Pimp It
Spread frosting with piping bag on the cupcakes. Place strawberries on top.
