Today we have a delicious, healthy smoothie bowl for you for a great start to the day!

If you have an avocado left over, make a smoothie bowl out of it.

In combination with banana and spinach a well-disposed filling breakfast.

And because that's not enough, kiwi, banana and coconut chips on top.

You can't make it greener.

Ingredients for 1 serving of smoothie:

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 250 ml milk

Plus toppings

  • kiwi
  • Coconut chips
  • banana

Preparation:

Peel and dice the avocado and place it in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients and blend for 20 seconds/speed setting 7 to make a smoothie.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with kiwi, coconut chips and banana.
