There are countless varieties of salads and whatever you like is allowed. They are often colorful, light and great as an appetizer or small snack in between. But let's not forget the equally delicious, hearty and filling meat and sausage salads.
We're getting started and today we're offering you a quick Thermomix® recipe for sausage salad. With bread or potato salad it becomes a whole meal.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber
- 5 Vienna sausages
- 5 medium size tomatoes
- 500g Gouda
- 5 slices of cooked ham
Sauce
- 1 onion
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 5 leaves of basil
- 80 g safflower oil
- 40g vinegar
- Salt to taste
- pepper
- 50 g tomato ketchup
- 70 g canned milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, wiener and Gouda into pieces and pour into a bowl. Cut the cooked ham into strips and add it.
Sauce
Place onion, parsley and basil in mixing bowl and chop 4 sec./speed 5-6.
Add vinegar, oil, pepper, salt, ketchup, canned milk, sugar and mayonnaise to the herbs and mix 20 seconds/speed 4.
RECIPE NOTES
Quartered, hard-boiled eggs go very well as an extension and support satiety.
