Red apple jelly

Rotes Apfelgelee - Wundermix GmbH

Ingredients:

  • 375 ml apple juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/8 l currant or cherry juice
  • 500 g preserving sugar 1:1

Preparation:

Mix the apple juice with the red fruit juice and the preserving sugar in the mixing bowl for 5 seconds/speed setting 5. Then cook for 9 minutes/100°C/speed 3 and immediately pour into hot-washed glasses.

Turn upside down and let cool.

Annotation:

a delicious variant prepared in the same way as the apple jelly!

Only with elderberry, blackberry, sloe or tomato juice.

You have to try it and you will be amazed at how delicious these variations are!
