Beef Soup With Bratwurst Dumplings

- 1 large slice of leg meat
- 2 bratwursts, fine
- 2 liters of cold water
- 2 bunches of soup greens or frozen goods
- 2 tbsp seasoning 2 (homemade soup seasoning in the TM)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Open the sausages at one end and squeeze out the dumplings.
Clean, wash and chop the soup greens into pieces. Add all ingredients to the crocky and cook on high for about 1 hour. Then turn it down to low and cook for another 4-6 hours.
½ hour before the end of the cooking time, add the sausage dumplings to the soup and cook with them.
Note: You can eat boiled rice, alphabet noodles or even farmer's bread with it.
