INGREDIENTS
- 500 gram rigatoni
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 250 grams cream cheese natural
- 1 tin of tomatoes, skinned and chopped
- 300 grams small tomatoes
- Pinch of pepper
- teaspoon vegetable stock
- Some basil, oregano
- 200 g Parma ham slices
- 100 grams fresh rocket
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the onion for 4 seconds at speed 6 Thermomix chop the onion. Push down with the spatula and add the butter. Steam for 2.5 minutes Varoma level 1. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 8 minutes, 100 degrees, level 3. Add the cream cheese and melt for 1.5 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 3. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place in the Thermi. Add the spices and mix for 5 minutes, 60 degrees, speed 1, reverse. Fry the Parma ham briefly in a non-stick frying pan. Wash the rocket and cut into strips. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and mix with the finished sauce.
