Ribbon pasta with dried cherry tomatoes, tuna and olives
Another SpeeDodo recipe: ready to serve in 20 minutes and delicious too.
Preparation time: 20min, including 10min working time for the recipe:
- 400g bow-tie pasta or whatever pasta you have at home
- 2 and 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 sliced spring onions
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/4 Thai chili, seedless, cut into fine strips
- 2 jars of tuna fillets in oil, drained
- 70g dried cherry tomatoes (e.g. from bongu.de or dried tomatoes - not the ones in oil)
- 1-2 tbsp Italian herbs
- salt, pepper
- 150ml cream
- 4-6 tbsp black and green olives
Conventional preparation:
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and mix with 6 tablespoons of olive oil. 4-5
ladles of pasta water.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan, add the sliced garlic and spring onions and sauté.

Add the tuna fillets and fry.
Deglaze with the pasta water, add the olives and cherry tomatoes and season with Italian spices (oregano, thyme and
rosemary), salt and black pepper. Reduce by half, pour in the cream and stir again.
