INGREDIENTS
- 6 carrots
- 5 g oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger
- 1/4 liter vegetable stock
- 200 g dry ribbon noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the tagliatelle according to the packet instructions. Peel the carrots and chop for 5-6 seconds/speed setting 5-6 in the blender jug.
Add the oil, honey, curry and ginger and sauté for 3 minutes/speed setting 2:
Pour in the vegetable stock until everything is just covered and cook for 15 min./100°C/speed setting 2 until soft. Then puree for 20 seconds/speed setting 10.
RECIPE NOTES
Also delicious with Hokkaido pumpkin and a little coconut milk.
Spice alternative: red curry paste.
