Raffaello liqueur

INGREDIENTS
- 130 g Raffaello (13 pieces)
- 300 g condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 200 g vodka
- 200 g cream
- 60 g sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the Raffaellos in the freezer for approx. 1-2 hours, then unpack and place in the blender jug and chop for 10 seconds/speed setting 8.
Add the milk, egg and sugar and cook for 6 minutes/80°C/speed setting 2.
As soon as everything has dissolved, mix in the vodka and cream for 10 seconds/speed setting 3.
Heat the mixture again briefly: 6 min./80°C/speed setting 2 and then pour into bottles.
