Raffaello liqueur
Today's recipe of the week is a great liqueur!

INGREDIENTS
- 130 g Raffaello (13 pieces)
- 300 g condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 200g vodka
- 200 g cream
- 60g sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the Raffaellos in the freezer for approx. 1-2 hours, then place them unpacked in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds/speed setting 8.
Add milk, egg and sugar and cook 6 mins/80°C/speed 2.
As soon as everything has dissolved, mix in the vodka and cream for 10 seconds/speed 3.
Heat the whole thing again briefly: 6 minutes/80°C/level 2 and then fill into bottles.
