Ingredients:
- approx. 200 g brown rice
- 600 ml water
- some oil
- Cashews
- 300 g cubed turkey breast
- 1 red pepper in strips
- 1 leek in pieces
- 3-4 red peppers, deseeded
For the sauce
- Garsud
- ground coriander
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp peanut cream
- 400 ml broth
Preparation:
Soak the rice in the cooking basket in a bowl of water for 1/2 hour. Add the water and oil to the mixing bowl and attach the cooking basket. Place the meat, peppers and leeks in the cooking attachment and sprinkle 1-2 pepperoni cut into strips on top. Cook 30 mins / Varoma / level 1. Pour the rice and meat into a bowl. Catch the gar brew. Add some oil and the cashews (approx. 50 g) to the mixing bowl, cook for 3 mins/100°C/speed 1 and then add to the meat. Drop the remaining peppers onto the running knife at level 7, add the sauce ingredients to the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 6-7 minutes / 100° / level 3. Pour the sauce over meat, vegetables and nuts.
