We've already shown you our delicious Prosecco cocoa cake in the blog, but we wouldn't be the #Landhaus team if we didn't have more Prosecco cakes up our sleeves.
This time there is a delicious version with pears and of course the # Thermomix® does a lot of the work for you.

INGREDIENTS
shortcrust
- 250 g flour
- 120g sugar
- 120g margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 pack of baking powder
Topping: 1
- 320 g pears 1 jar
- 250 g Prosecco 1 can
- 250 ml pear juice
- 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
Topping: 2
- 3 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 1 cup of sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Add the flour, sugar, margarine, egg and baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 50 seconds/speed setting 5.
Pour the dough into a greased springform pan and raise one edge. Drain the pears well, cut them up and spread them over the dough. Collect pear juice.
Surface 1
Pour the Prosecco, pear juice and vanilla pudding into the mixing bowl and bring to the boil for 7 mins/90°C/speed 3-4. Then pour the topping onto the distributed pears and bake for approx. 30 minutes/180°C top/bottom heat.
Surface 2
Insert butterfly and beat 3 egg whites for 2 mins/speed 4. Add sugar, egg yolks and sour cream and mix 20 seconds/speed 4. Pour the mixture onto the pre-baked dough and bake it for another 20 minutes at the same setting.
