Ingredients:
- 600 g stock
- 600 g potatoes, in bite-sized pieces
- 1-2 leeks, cut into rings
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 100 g cream
Preparation:
Place the stock and potatoes in the blender jug and cook for 10 min. / 100° / LL / gentle stirring.
Then add the leek rings, salt and pepper and cook for a further 12-15 minutes / 100° / LL / gentle stir.
Finally, pour in the cream through the lid and stir for 1 min. / 90° / LL / speed 2.
