INGREDIENTS
- 750 g potatoes
- 1 liter water
- 200 g cheese
- 150 g milk
- 2 cubes vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock powder instant or homemade
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop the cheese in the mixing bowl for 10 seconds/speed setting 10 and decant. Peel the potatoes and place in slices in the Varoma. Add the water and stock cube to the mixing bowl. Place the Varoma on top and cook for 20-25 minutes/speed setting 1.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, grease the oven dish. At the end of the cooking time, place the potatoes in the oven dish and sprinkle some of the cheese between and over the potatoes.
- Mix 150ml vegetable stock with 150ml milk in the mixing bowl and pour over the potatoes. Bake the potato gratin in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
