Pineapple cream cheese dip
Quickly made with the #Thermomix®
Goes great with fried fish but also with cooked chicken.
On bread and with vegetables, of course.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices of pineapple, well drained
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Cayenne pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the pineapple in the mixing bowl and chop for 5-10 seconds/speed setting 5.
Add the cream cheese and spices and mix for 10-20 seconds/speed setting 3 until creamy.
You can also use mandarins instead of pineapple.
