- 300 g quark 20% fat
- 75g crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Packet of homemade vanilla sugar or 2 teaspoons
- 100g whipped cream
- 1 can of peaches
- tbsp lemon juice
- Physalis cape gooseberries
Insert the stirring insert. Pour the cold cream into the mixing bowl and beat until stiff at speed 3 while keeping your eyes on it. Transfer and set aside. Place the quark, crème fraîche, sugar and vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and mix for 10 seconds/speed setting 4. Then add the reserved cream and fold in for 10 seconds/speed setting 3. Mix the rest with the spatula. Divide the curd cream into 4 glasses and refrigerate. Rinse mixing bowl. Drain the peaches, halve them and put them in the mixing bowl together with the lemon juice and puree 20 seconds/speed 10. Spread the peach pulp over the quark cream and decorate with a physalis.
