INGREDIENTS
Floor
• 100g margarine
• 5 egg yolks
• 100g flour
• 100g sugar
Topping
• 5 egg whites
• 100g sugar
• 125 g hazelnuts
• 50 g chocolate shavings
• Some chocolate to decorate
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180°C. Insert the stirring attachment. Place the egg whites in the mixing bowl and beat until stiff, 2 mins/speed 3. Transfer and refrigerate.
Place margarine and sugar in mixing bowl and mix 1 min/speed 4 until fluffy. Add flour and egg yolks and mix 20 seconds/speed 4.
Grease the oven witch, pour in the first layer of dough and spread it out. Rinse mixing bowl.
Insert the stirring attachment. Add the stiffly beaten egg white, hazelnuts, sugar and chocolate shavings to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 seconds/speed 2. Pour the hazelnut mixture onto the first layer and spread it out. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes (if necessary, increase the oven to 200°C).
Then cut into small pieces and decorate with melted chocolate.
