Mother's Day Canapès With Radishes And Cheese Cream

Ingredients:

  • 100 g radishes
  • 8 slices of toast (25 g each)
  • 100g feta
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3-4 tbsp pesto
  • pepper
  • Zest of lemon

Preparation:

Toast the bread and cut out 2 large (approx. 5cm diameter) and 2 small hearts (approx. 3cm diameter) from each slice. Clean the radishes and reserve 1 for decoration, put the rest in the mixing bowl and chop 3 seconds/speed 5 and transfer. Drain feta. Pluck the basil and reserve a few small leaves for decoration. Put everything together in the mixing bowl and mix 15 seconds/speed 7 until creamy. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe it decoratively onto the heart toasts. Garnish with diced radishes and basil leaves.

Note: if you don't have a heart cutter, you can also cut the slice of toast into quarters.
