INSTRUCTIONS
Dough
Preheat the oven to 180° top/bottom heat. Insert the butterfly, pour in the cream and cream stiffener and beat until stiff at speed 3, keeping a constant visual contact. Then refill.
Leave the mixing attachment in the pot and beat the eggs with the sugar for 3 minutes/speed 3-4 until frothy. Add flour and baking powder and stir in again for 10 seconds/speed 3.
Place the dough in a springform pan that has been greased or sprayed with baking spray and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes. Let cool down.
filling
Mix 2 packs of gelatine with 100g water and let it swell for approx. 10 minutes. Put the quark, Philadelphia, sugar, vanilla sugar and sour cream in the mixing bowl and mix for approx. 20 seconds/speed 4.
Put 100 ml of multivitamin juice in a bowl and heat in the microwave for approx. 50 seconds/600 watts. Dissolve the swollen gelatine in it and mix with the additional 150 ml of cold juice.
Add mixture through the lid opening. Fold in for approx. 10 seconds/speed setting 4. Add the stiffly whipped cream, fold in with the spatula and let the mixing bowl run again for 10 seconds/speed setting 4.
Cut the cake base horizontally and place the bottom part in a cake ring. Spread about half of the cream on the base and then close it with the other half of the cake base. Now pour in the remaining cream and spread it out. Ideally, place the cake in the fridge overnight.
molding
The next day: Heat multivitamin juice with the cake icing powder and sugar for 5 minutes/100° degrees/speed setting 3. Now carefully pour over the cake and spread it out. Decorate with pistachios and let cool well.
