Meatloaf pizza style
Meatloaf or Leberkäse, what do you call this hearty piece of meat loaf? Either way, the boiled sausage is a big hit at parties, street festivals and other celebrations and always fills you up in a roll. It can also be enjoyed for lunch or dinner with a tasty side dish such as potato salad, pasta salad or a fried egg.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 onion
- 500 g pork in pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
- 100 ml water
- 1/2 MB cream
- 3 eggs size M
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 rye roll soaked
- 1 red bell pepper
- 250 g Edam cheese in one piece
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the onion in the mixing bowl and 20 sec./speed setting 5 chop. Add the meat in pieces and 30 seconds/speed setting 6 chop. Put the remaining ingredients except the peppers and cheese into the mixing bowl and chop again for 10 seconds/speed setting 4-5 and decant. Then cut the peppers and cheese into pieces, put into the mixing bowl and chop for a few seconds/speed setting 7. Fold the result into the meat mixture with a spatula. Pour the finished mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven on the middle shelf at 170°C fan oven for 40 minutes or at 180°C top and bottom heat for approx. 50 minutes.
