Mango ginger jam

Mango-Ingwer-Marmelade - Wundermix GmbH

Today we have a wonderfully fruity “jam” as our #recipe of the week.

The rum gives her a little “extra kick”!

  • 450 g mango pulp
  • 20g fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 500 g preserving sugar 1:1


Peel the ginger and cut or slice it into very thin slices.

Put the mango pulp into the mixing bowl and mix with the ginger, rum and preserving sugar for 5 seconds/speed setting 6 and let it steep for at least 4-5 hours.

Then cook for 10 minutes/100 °C/speed 2 and immediately pour into hot-washed glasses.

Seal the jars and turn them upside down to cool.
